Positivity and negativity promote balance

Black and white create a beautiful shade of grey

Pleasure and pain produce gratitude

Happiness and sadness bring about neutrality

One cannot exist without the other

The highs and lows

Fire and water

The living and dying

Movement and stillness

The masculine and feminine

Divinity and evil

Interconnectedness exists

Everything coexists

Sometimes chaotically

Sometimes complementary

Intertwined nonetheless

I'm training my eyes to see both

I'm training my heart to connect with both

I'm training my hands to feel both

I'm training my mind to think about both

I'm training my ears to listen for both

I'm also learning to detach from both

My intuition is my trainer

Because the pendulum always swings
