So, dance, smile and play

Like the inflatable air dancer hurling its arms carelessly

Allow compressed emotions to fuel your movement

Get out of your head and come back to your body

Feel the breath that organically moves you

Give yourself permission to move mindlessly and enthusiastically

Stop caring what you look like and notice how you feel

Vibrant, tingly and alive!

Your body was designed to move

What have you become?

Allow your breath to fill your lungs

Allow your lungs to move your body

Feel your ribcage expand and contract

Feel the space in your chest cavity broaden

Notice the beating of your heart

Notice how alive you are right now

So flail your arms and just dance

There is no formula

There is no right

There is no wrong

You are a unique sacred expression of creation

Open the floodgates and let the trapped feelings out

Open your heart and guide the trauma out

Open your mind and let your inner child out

Become the lyrics you can't get out of your head

Lose yourself and find yourself, at the same time
